Most Consumer Complaints:

Here’s some information for how and where a consumer can report defects and problems related to automobiles and trucks. These consumer complaints can be reported to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration as follows:

   • Tires, Equipment or Child Seat Safety: submit online form to https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/index.xhtml .
